Blake Perez
M.S. 2013, Mechanical Engineering
Blake is a Native Texan, earning his Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin with a focus on Engineering Design. His work experience was concentrated in the Semiconductor Industry as a manufacturing specialist in both FAB and Assembly Test environments. Blake’s interests included Product Design & Innovation Methodologies as well as Technology Commercialization & Entrepreneurship; all with respect to Additive Manufacturing. He graduated with his Master’s in Mechanical Engineering in 2013, investigating methods for direct printing of conductive materials into additively manufactured features.
