Jack Bryant
Jack graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering. While at Wisconsin, he worked as an undergraduate researcher in Professor Tim Osswald’s lab for three years. Jack has held internships at Eastman Chemical Company, Imerys, and RTP Company. Jack is interested in exploring process-structure-property relationships of polymer materials in Additive Manufacturing. He specifically focuses on Powder Bed Fusion of polyolefins and Direct Ink Write of highly filled systems. He is co-advised by Michael Bortner of the Chemical Engineering Department and the Macromolecules Innovation Institute (MII). Jack is a board member of both the Macro Student Council and the Virginia Tech Society of Plastics Engineers Chapter. |
